📋 Description

• Design, build, and train machine learning and deep learning models, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions for healthcare applications • Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments • Work with large healthcare datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training • Implement and optimize AI models within Gainwell’s existing technology stack • Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and speed • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements • Ensure AI implementations adhere to healthcare industry regulations, ethical AI principles, and data privacy standards • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize business processes using AI-driven solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field • 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on work with GenAI, NLP, deep learning, and computer vision • Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch; experienced with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) including prompt engineering and optimization • Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps practices, and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL) • Strong problem-solving abilities • Understanding of regulatory standards like HIPAA and CMS
