• Processing DAPO work items, provider updates, and pharmacy-related data changes accurately and within required timeframes • Reviewing provider records for completeness, discrepancies, and compliance with state and federal guidelines • Following defined workflows to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed • Documenting all actions clearly in accordance with audit, contract, and policy requirements • Partnering with internal teams to support accurate provider information across all operational systems.
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required • 1–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider data, pharmacy tech work, retail pharmacy, claims, or similar environments — experience is preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow structured procedures • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort navigating multiple systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
