📋 Description

• Develop Event Calendar and Budgets: Create a comprehensive event calendar with clear timelines and budgets. • Organize Kick-off Meetings: Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities through kick-off meetings. • Oversee Budgeting Processes: Manage detailed budgeting processes involving multiple teams to ensure financial efficiency. • Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates and consultations with relevant parties to ensure alignment and input. • Manage Event Logistics: Handle contracts, booth logistics, and promotional items, ensuring timely ordering, payment, and shipping. • Develop and Execute Promotions: Create and manage promotional timelines, event listings, and client events, including invitations and logistics. • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-conference surveys, debrief meetings, and distribute reports to gather feedback and evaluate event impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly) • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Experience in managing large-scale, complex events is preferred. • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management is preferred. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI is preferred.
