📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units • Oversee the entire product lifecycle • Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences • Manage and prioritize ideas and enhancement requests • Develop and champion business cases for new initiatives • Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams • Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Leading Healthcare Technology Products • direct experience as a Product Owner in complex, regulated environments • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems • Demonstrated ability to Own Products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution • Hands on experience working in Agile Environments • Strong skill in converting Complex Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
