📋 Description
• Coordinate delivery of pharmacy solutions for state Medicaid programs • Lead cross-functional programs for software implementation projects • Ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives • Build and manage client relationships with State Medicaid clients • Monitor progress toward business goals and report to management • Identify opportunities for process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solution experience • 5+ years’ experience in Program Management of large Software Implementation • Hands-On experience in SDLC, Agile, MS Project, and testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Performance testing) • General technical knowledge of APIs, Integrations, Hosting Infrastructure
