📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery • Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to develop technical and strategic roadmaps • Manage and prioritize ideas and enhancement requests from internal and external clients • Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups • Develop and champion business cases for new initiatives • Prioritize work to ensure development efforts focus on impactful outcomes • Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams • Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper requirement documentation • Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers • Foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing • Work with internal departments and/or customers to evaluate and improve products • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned products

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Leading Healthcare Technology Products • direct experience as a Product Owner in complex, regulated environments • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems • demonstrated ability to Own Products from intake and strategy through delivery • Hands on experience working in Agile Environments • Strong skill in converting Complex Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
