📋 Description

• Own and manage GALE's social media channels — LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives follower growth, engagement, and impressions, in partnership with the Associate Manager and Vice President • Write compelling copy and develop creative approaches; partner closely with team’s Designers on visual assets and video content • Manage content calendar end-to-end, from ideation to publishing to performance tracking • Stay ahead of platform trends, identify opportunities, and proactively bring new ideas • Support external and internal communications efforts, including drafting and distributing key messaging, blogs, newsletters, etc. • Support thought leadership initiatives to position GALE and its key leaders • Help with project management and planning for external events (e.g. Cannes Lions) • Support and/or drive internal communications projects • Track deadlines and manage events and awards calendars • Maintain core team trackers and documents to keep us organized and running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, or a related field • A natural feel for social media – you understand what works on each platform and why • Strong writing and communications skills – you can shift tone from a LinkedIn thought leadership post to a TikTok caption without missing a beat • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams • Curious, creative, and eager to learn and grow • Proactive and self-driven
