📋 Description

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, sprint boards, task assignments, and deliverable trackers using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary • Support preparation of contract deliverables such as status reports, meeting minutes, sprint artifacts, and technical documentation • Maintain project documentation repositories in accordance with agency and contract requirements • Track contract deliverables and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to government standards and timelines • Assist with budget tracking, resource allocation updates, and financial forecasting inputs • Support compliance with government standards, including security, accessibility, quality assurance, and configuration management • Help prepare materials for program reviews, technical demos, and audits • Assist with change requests, budget tracking, and resource allocation in coordination with the contractor Task Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience • BS/BA Degree, or 4+ years with MA/MS Degree • 3+ years of experience in project coordination • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, or other documentation management systems • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing client-facing reports
