📋 Description

• responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site • support the Site Manager in executing hands-on substation erection, electrical installation, testing, commissioning support, and related activities • ensure schedule, quality, and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations • develop specialized knowledge in their discipline • serve as best practice/quality resource • contribute towards strategy and policy development • make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering • act as a resource for colleagues with less experience • lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• significant experience in electrical construction, substation erection, site execution, commissioning activities, and/or site leadership for roles outside of the USA • knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience • for roles in USA - Master's degree or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • strong oral and written communication skills • strong interpersonal and leadership skills • demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • established project management skills • knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and substation construction practices • familiarity with applicable electrical safety standards and field execution requirements
