📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end system solutions, including hardware, embedded software, tools, verification, validation, and test infrastructure • Develop platform architectures that improve reliability, reduce technical risks, and enhance product competitiveness • Drive platform reuse and make data-driven design decisions through trade-off analysis and evaluation • Lead technical discussions, resolve complex issues, build consensus, and define risk mitigation strategies • Communicate architectural vision effectively, influencing stakeholders and empowering development teams • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to define, prioritize, and align architecture-related backlog items and requirements • Ensure safety, reliability, performance, and security while assessing design changes, managing risks, mentoring colleagues, and guiding technical decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Strong experience in embedded software development and embedded systems architecture • Proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) with advanced C/C++17 programming skills • Solid understanding of Transmission & Distribution power systems, including protection relays and related applications • Extensive experience with modular embedded platforms based on Xilinx Ultrascale+ architectures • Hands-on expertise with Embedded Linux, RTOS, and microservices-based software architectures • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams • Advanced proficiency in both English and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
