📋 Description

• Lead communications strategy and execution for leadership events, enterprise campaigns, and major employee experiences • Support the GE Vernova Foundation by developing communications that highlight our philanthropic impact, community grants, and volunteer initiatives • Partner with leaders, business teams, and communications colleagues to design moments that engage employees and reinforce company priorities • Develop concepts, messaging, timelines, and content for large-scale global campaigns • Ensure event and campaign communications are aligned with GE Vernova’s brand, culture, and employee experience goals • Support planning and execution of special initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, recognition moments, and company-wide activations • Create materials that help leaders communicate with clarity and consistency during key events • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and quality • Measure success of campaigns and events through participation, feedback, and engagement data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning, or related field, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event strategy, or campaign management • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience supporting leadership events, global campaigns, or large employee experiences • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills • Able to work independently as well as across a broader communications team • Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred
