📋 Description

• Support full project ownership from ITO to OTR including the safe execution of complex projects and activities • Responsible for planning, scheduling, staffing, and execution of Outage Service’s projects • Support development of commercial proposals by providing project estimates • Provide project delivery planning leadership and rigor • Transition planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and contingency planning • Lead and coach multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams • Establish trusting relationships and interact effectively with senior level customer and supplier management • Support Product Line activities including proposal and product development • Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as training and tooling improvements • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on Under Vessel tooling and GEH OEM equipment • Ensure high quality deliverables are produced in accordance with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant BWR nuclear Project Management experience OR High school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of relevant BWR nuclear Project Management experience • Ability and willingness to travel 80% of the time to domestic and international customer sites • Ability and willingness to pass Fitness for Duty requirements and site security requirements to obtain and maintain unescorted access to US and International Nuclear Plant Sites • Ability and willingness to work in radiation controlled areas and radioactively contaminated areas • Ability and willingness to work 12 hours a day, 7 days per week when delivering field projects.
