📋 Description

• Acts as a horizontal leader across the T&O organization and own T&O finance ERP product • Accountable for all aspects of the end-to-end lifecycle of a Finance ERP product • Owns/influences budgets and operating plans • Connects teams and processes across T&O organization to simplify and modernize operations • Responsible for stable and secure operations across the CES Platform and Operations ERP Finance landscape • Leverages deep ERP Finance process/domain expertise to create strategic roadmap • Coordinates work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher level outcomes • Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns • Focuses on execution for the duration of a product release • Embraces new technology such as AI to introduce new ways of thinking and working

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Finance product planning, development, operations and support • Must have 5-10 years of management experience • Must have 10 years of Oracle EBS experience • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
