📋 Description

• Help customers after an accident and assist them in getting back on the road. • Inspect and assess vehicle damage caused by all types of accidents. • Estimate vehicle repair costs and negotiate equitable settlements. • Partner with other adjusters and supervisors to work with body shops, rental partners, and parts providers. • Travel within assigned territory to body shops, salvage and tow yards, and at times customers' homes to write estimates, inspect damage, and interact with the public face-to-face. • Work independently and with your team to ensure that appointments and customer follow-up are handled in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Critical thinking and decision making in a fast-paced environment. • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications. • Experience with KPIs and measurable goals. • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree (preferred). • Active Insurance Adjusters license (preferred).
