📋 Description

• Monitor the JCO operational chat and teleconference continuously throughout your 8-hour shift; acknowledge taskers within 30 minutes and brief your planned course-of-action with timelines • Interpret natural language queries from JCO operators; search across USG data repositories and commercial feeds — including imagery, RF data, AIS, weather, fire data, news, and social media — to generate concise summaries of findings • Conduct real-time research on blue, red, and gray overhead collection capabilities, data, and analytical results to build contextual awareness for ongoing operations • Enable rapid tip-and-cue operations across providers — surfacing technical details on activities, personnel, or objects that may affect ongoing operational activities • Identify data and analytic coverage gaps explicitly so operators can task follow-on collection with the right requirements • Provide behavioral analysis support based on publicly available information; conduct mission-focused open research as operational tempo allows • Publish data and processed products to JCO-designated databases in compliant formats; submit products machine-to-machine via designated submission services

🎯 Requirements

• US citizenship required • Demonstrated experience in search, aggregation, retrieval, and analysis across multi-source data environments — including commercial imagery, RF data, AIS, open-source, social media, and/or environmental feeds • Experience conducting real-time or near-real-time research and analysis in a live operational or watch-floor environment • Ability to interpret natural language operational queries and translate them into structured data searches across heterogeneous sources • Experience with publicly available information (PAI) research and behavioral analysis • Ability to work a defined shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 8.5 hours including 30-minute break) and maintain continuous chat/teleconference presence during shift hours • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment capable of supporting secure teleconference operations • Strong written communication skills; ability to produce concise, well-structured analytical summaries under operational time pressure.
