📋 Description

• Ensuring the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and operational readiness aboard Gilead's Corporate Jet's Fleet • Delivering a seamless travel experience while maintaining adherence to safety standards and company policies • Overseeing cabin presentation, aircraft stocking, linen and service inventories • Ensuring thorough aircraft handovers between trips to maintain consistency across the fleet • Partner closely with pilots, OPS, Maintenance, FBO's, International Handlers to ensure efficient and successful flight operations

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Passport with unrestricted international travel/Government ID • Ability to lift and transport catering, luggage and cabin supplies • Experience on Gulfstream aircraft (G500, G650, G800) • Strong knowledge of executive-level service standards • Flight Safety or FACTS current training required • Culinary and/or service training is a plus • Excellent situational awareness • Ability to work independently • Excellent verbal and written communication • Organized and time management skills
