📋 Description

• Write code, design components, write unit tests, and build applications. • Implement and maintain high-quality software by applying up-to-date coding and software construction techniques, standards, and procedures. • Write high-quality code that implements the features of a digital solution to meet stakeholder needs, ensuring optimization of computational resources, security, and performance. • Develop and maintain the data model and data design.

🎯 Requirements

• Reliable development — development that follows security definitions and best practices and the principles of privacy and data protection • UML – Unified Modeling Language • Design logical and physical data models from the entity class model • Continuous integration • Version control tools • Build automation tools • Deployment and publishing tools • Generation and management of baselines in the configuration management tools used by the solution • Accessibility standards: WCAG 2 • Technologies: must have the following technical knowledge in: • o NodeJS and Flutter • o Database: PostgreSQL version 15.12 • o REST APIs • Create and maintain the development environment • Programming best practices • Unit testing best practices • Tools used and how they integrate • Unit testing frameworks • Critical analysis of the solution • Ability to synthesize • Systems thinking • Work effectively in a team and collaboratively • Adaptability to changing needs, situations, and circumstances • Commitment to quality and security • Deliver changes (check-in/commit) with traceability at the frequency established by Serpro • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a higher-education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC); • OR • Bachelor's degree in any field from a higher-education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC), plus a postgraduate course in software engineering or software development with a minimum workload of 360 (three hundred and sixty) hours, completed at an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
