📋 Description

• Support the annual budget and lead periodic forecast, and long-range planning cycles, including calendars, templates, assumptions, and consolidation of results. • Serve as a key FP&A business partner to function heads, managing departmental budgets and surfacing variances, risks, and opportunities versus plan. • Own Adaptive Planning administration and enhancement, including model maintenance, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, user support, and process improvements. • Prepare monthly and quarterly actual-to-budget reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting packages, ensuring alignment across NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and budget owners. • Support commercial FP&A activities related to launch readiness, including analysis of sales force expenses, market access, patient services, T&E, fleet, distribution/3PL, revenue, gross-to-net, inventory, and COGS. • Provide financial analysis for business cases, scenario planning, and resource allocation discussions across R&D, G&A, and commercial functions, delivered in clear, executive-ready materials. • Help build scalable FP&A processes, reporting standards, and planning governance appropriate for a SOX-compliant public company environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA, CPA, or other advanced finance/accounting credential is a plus. • 6-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or business planning roles, preferably with experience in a public company environment. • Biotech, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience is required; commercial finance or launch readiness experience is strongly preferred. • Experience with Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders, manage departmental budgets, prepare executive-ready reporting, and support a SOX-compliant finance environment.
