📋 Description

• Educating healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product • Building trusted customer relationships • Driving product adoption • Achieving territory sales performance goals • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines • Building and executing a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy • Driving compliant product utilization among targeted healthcare providers • Delivering against sales goals and maintaining accurate CRM documentation • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred • Prior launch experience preferred • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
