• Responsible for product delivery, including regular enhancements and major new capabilities. • Engages with executive sponsors, business leaders, and end users to translate high-level product vision and business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Owns and refines product backlog, ensures well-defined, prioritized user stories, ready for development. • Maintains enhancement request process, capability roadmaps and deployment schedules. • Actively participates in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clarifications and accepting/rejecting deliverables. • Focuses on delivering incremental value through frequent releases, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager’s strategic direction. • Makes day-to-day decisions on feature scope, priorities, and trade-offs during the development cycle. • Own the business case process and business value stream model. • Coordinates with training, and change management teams for successful rollouts and adoption.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM platforms • Dynamics 365 CRM domain expertise with a focus on user-centric design • Strong business analysis and process mapping capabilities • Excellent project management skills • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business domains • Proficiency in product management frameworks, Agile methodologies and Scrum practices • Solution packaging and deployment (managed/unmanaged solutions) • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) (e.g., using Azure DevOps) • Release management and rollback strategies • Bachelor's degree in a related field; or three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years working as a Product Owner, preferably in CRM (MS Dynamics) implementation • Product Owner Certification
