📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate emerging auto insurance fraud trends • Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI tools, and investigative techniques • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop monitoring systems and optimize fraud detection models • Support investigations and deliver actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and/or Major Case investigation experience in auto insurance required • 2+ years of professional business analytics experience required • 2+ years of experience using SQL and/or Power BI preferred • 2+ years of experience in insurance fraud analytics preferred • Experience utilizing Claims Fraud Detection platform strongly preferred • Must hold current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least (1) U.S. State or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date • Advanced understanding of current SIU investigation techniques and data analytic methods, including uses and applications of AI-based programs • Industry knowledge of leading fraud analytics software and uses of various fraud detection products • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
