📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low to moderately complex auto claims involving third party injuries • Confirm coverage is active for the loss • Investigate which party is liable for a loss by researching applicable laws and regulations • Interview various parties involved in the loss, analyzing damage photos and reviewing police reports • Negotiate and settle injury claims with claimants or policyholders or with attorneys representing them • Provide claims service via various channels to members and third-party customers • Seek guidance from team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation • Partner with vendors and internal business partners for claims resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred • 4+ years of auto claims adjusting experience required • 2+ years of experience handling injury claims required • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred • MI/FL/GA experience preferred • Insurance Adjuster License required
