📋 Description

• Support the development and optimization of General Motors Insurance operations by analyzing business needs • Define objectives, conduct gap and ROI analyses, and gather requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve claims processes and workflows • Contribute to solution design and proactively identify and manage business risks • Create and edit claims workflows and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of the auto and casualty claims process preferred • Professional business analyst experience, including; planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting and communicating requirements • Experience working in an agile environment • P&C industry experience a plus • 2+ years working in an agile environment preferred • 4+ years professional business analytics experience required • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required • IIBA certification preferred
