• Own the day-to-day organic social execution for a portfolio of client accounts • Manage content calendars, writing and publishing posts • Ensure each brand shows up in a way that is platform-native • Translate broader marketing objectives into organic content strategies • Proactively identify trends and cultural moments to inform content ideation • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Client Strategy teams • Monitor performance, building client-ready reports, translating analytics into recommendations
• 2-5 years of hands-on organic social media experience (agency experience strongly preferred) • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously • Deep understanding of mainstream and emerging social media platforms • Strong knowledge of platform best practices, formats, and algorithm-driven content behaviors • Excellent social copywriting skills with a strong sense of voice and audience nuance • Confidence in client-facing environments and content/performance discussions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns
