• Supports the configuration, administration, and technical operations of the case management system. • Focuses on user access management, environment support, SQL-driven data validation, and technical issue triage. • Translates business requirements into technical solutions using MS SQL Server and custom internal programming. • Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support. • Completes new implementations as part of a team. • Responsible for ensuring data integrity and establishing reporting confidence.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Relational Database Management Systems. • Intermediate SQL skills. • Ability to operate in various roles within a cross-functional team of super users, grant managers, case managers, and program directors. • Experience with non-profit case management product or project development experience a plus. • Established background in testing software or services in partnership with mission leaders, program leaders, and grant managers. • Ability to write functional requirements and technical specifications. • Excellent analytical skills and data management abilities. • Ability to prioritize user support requests.
