📋 Description

• Execute trade and distribution strategies across rare disease and broader market channel models. • Lead implementation and oversight of 3PL partners, including inventory flow, order-to-cash, reverse logistics, and SLA management. • Support selection, onboarding, and operational management of specialty pharmacy partners. • Drive implementation of data aggregation capabilities across 3PLs, specialty pharmacies, and digital pharmacy partners. • Ensure serialization readiness, DSCSA compliance, and audit preparedness across products. • Serve as the primary operational lead across external trade, distribution, and data partners. • Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Finance, Patient Services, and IT to ensure aligned execution and launch readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in trade, distribution, market access, or specialty pharmacy. • Experience supporting commercial launches, ideally across rare disease and/or broader specialty markets. • Experience managing 3PLs, specialty pharmacy networks, and complex cross-functional implementations. • Strong understanding of channel strategy, commercialization infrastructure, and data flows.
