📋 Description

• Responsible for defining and implementing data governance frameworks. • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices. • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other data privacy regulations. • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, using automated validation and anomaly detection. • Drive data stewardship programs across the organization to promote a data-driven culture. • Provide training and awareness on data governance policies and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data privacy, and compliance. • Experience with data quality management and master data management (MDM). • Hands-on experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Talend, Informatica, Alation). • Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and cataloging techniques. • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience in data security, access control, and risk management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
