📋 Description

• Conduct user research across our diverse users and customers, including students, educators, journalists, content creators, and more • Design consumer-facing experiences for new and existing features, from early concepts and user flows to high-fidelity mockups and shipped product • Partner closely with engineers to scope, iterate, and deliver high-quality experiences quickly • Help shape how design operates at GPTZero as the product and team scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning product design end-to-end. • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design work, from research and problem framing to iteration and polished, production-ready interfaces. • Proven ability to translate complex or technical systems into clear, intuitive user experiences. • High ownership mentality. • Strong interest in AI-powered products. Experience designing AI systems is a plus. • Experience working at an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
