• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve/settle assigned claims • Oversee vendor and legal activities • Maintain file notes and action plans • Manage loss severity through medical cost management
🎯 Requirements
• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlement of WC Loss Time claims • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers • Compliance with special handling commitments • Effectively manage litigated and large catastrophic claims • Maintain current knowledge of Workers’ Compensation laws
