• Serve as the team’s Search Engine Optimization/Artificial Intelligence Optimization (SEO/AIO) product expert, with knowledge of both organic and local SEO, and how AI is changing the search landscape. • Provide excellent customer service as the liaison between sales teams and third-party digital partners. • Monitor the onboarding and ongoing fulfillment of SEO campaigns to ensure timely and accurate implementation by our digital partners, with emphasis on premier-level accounts. • Ensure campaign revisions are fully communicated with our digital partners and executed with 100% accuracy. • Troubleshoot technical issues that could potentially delay SEO campaign launches, such as access to a client’s CMS and Google platforms. • Interpret SEO strategy documents and performance reports for Regional Sales Specialists and Premier Sales Specialists and collaborate with the Premier Sales team on strategy presentations. • Create materials for internal teams and potential clients to simplify SEO. • Maintain processes and best practices; and provide suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of field experience • Highly motivated individual who is proactive and can work independently, while also collaborating within a dynamic, team-oriented environment. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and respond urgently to matters involving high-priority campaigns and escalations. • Superior communication and presentation skills with a track record of collaborating cross-functionally amongst various departments. • Eagerness to learn a variety of digital order management and reporting platforms. • Experience managing SEO campaigns, with an understanding of the search landscape that includes AIO (AI optimization), GEO (generative engine optimization), AEO (answer engine optimization), and LLMO (large language model optimization). • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, as well as the most common CMS platforms. • Knowledge of SEO tools and platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and Birdeye.
