• Provide support to the Legal Department on a variety of routine legal matters under the supervision of Corporate Paralegal. • Exposed to issues and practice areas including corporate, regulatory, banking, governance, and litigation matters. • Support the team by reviewing contracts, extracting term dates and other relevant provisions, and adding complete data entry. • Works under general objectives established by the department, utilizing a high level of initiative and discretion in prioritizing work and in performing duties that are confidential in nature.
• Must be currently enrolled as a student from an accredited college or university. • Requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability and attention to detail. • Must be able to work independently, and gather and /or direct information and data. • Critical thinking skills and the ability to recognize opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations preferred. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
