📋 Description

• Own packaging execution end to end — concept, manuscript, artwork, proofs, and sample cycles • Drive launch execution at volume — manage full lifecycle of launches • Own product lines — be the expert on the brands and SKUs • Manage vendor and supplier relationships — ensure timelines and quality standards are met • Support post-launch optimization and identify opportunities for improvements • Act as the connective tissue — manage communication and drive decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company • Owned packaging from concept to approval to launch • Managed a high volume of simultaneous launches • Track record of managing external vendors and suppliers • Strong cross-functional project management skills • Proficient in Asana or a comparable project management tool
