• Engage with clients daily through phone, video conferences, or presentations • Conduct research and analysis in specific areas of expertise targeting clients' key initiatives • Deliver high-quality actionable advice and strong positions through various media • Write high-quality, clear, actionable, advisory research documents • Respond to client questions and create materials for client engagements • Maintain Gartner’s industry leadership reputation
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant field or industry experience, with 8 or more years in technical roles specific to Identity and Access Management • Demonstrate technical expert presence • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and consistently meet project milestones • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency in English • Adept in analyzing and synthesizing data and identifying trends and patterns • Skilled at distilling complex concepts into concise advice
