📋 Description

• Create high-quality, clear, actionable, must-have research content in analytics, AI and data science • Identify the root cause of a client’s barriers and drive the strategy forward • Maintain a broad view across the market while covering specific Analytic & AI topics • Provide actionable analytics & AI-centric advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings • Provide high-quality and timely research peer review • Provide mentorship and support to team members • Predict market developments and assist clients in their selection process • Actively participate in innovation and research discussions with peers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant Analytics & AI experience • Leadership or senior technical role within technology or business • Applicable experience in industry discipline and deep knowledge of CDAO, Head of Analytics and AI responsibilities or related business roles • Excellent written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions • Ability to work independently, while being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams • Demonstrate executive presence; establish credibility with executives and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables • Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns • Subject matter expertise comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
