📋 Description

• Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI and Generative AI solutions • Implement engineering best practices to ensure scalability and uptime • Track and report on platforms performance and availability metrics • Be involved in all stages of the model development lifecycle from design to development, testing, and deployment • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement technical designs and solutions • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Systems or Information Technology • 7+ years of experience in working with AWS Services, Enterprise Architecture best practices, system engineering and security • 7+ years of development experience or significant knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operation • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, AI Frameworks, AIOps • Familiarity with Containerization and Orchestration technologies, Sagemaker • Strong software troubleshooting, problem solving and system analysis skills • Willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly • Experience working with remote teams in a matrixed environment • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence
