📋 Description

• Support a high‑visibility, global initiative designed to promote trusted technology, strengthen digital infrastructure security, and reduce vulnerabilities to untrusted suppliers • Oversee strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance programming, and monitoring of international undersea cable projects • Lead large‑scale foreign assistance-funded project in support of national security mission • Provide authoritative advice to senior government leaders on complex acquisition, technical, and policy issues • Define potential issues and deliver actionable recommendations • Execute program management activities such as program reviews, operating plans, and investment roadmaps • Integrate cost, technical, and policy analysis to evaluate alternatives, assess risk, and support data‑driven decision‑making across complex acquisition portfolios • Build and sustain coalitions across government, industry, and academia; coordinate with senior stakeholders; communicate complex technical or acquisition issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences

🎯 Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance • Bachelor's degree • TEN (10) years of experience in program/project management with the federal government
