📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of change management strategies for EHR implementation projects • Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities to promote user adoption and minimize resistance • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, workflow analyses, and impact assessments • Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and government stakeholders to support alignment with project goals and best practices • Contribute to the development of communication plans and training materials for diverse audiences • Track and report on change management activities, risks, and progress • Support continuous improvement efforts and knowledge sharing across project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, healthcare IT, or large-scale transformation initiatives • Exposure to Organizational Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) or relevant experience • Experience supporting at least one EHR implementation or similar transformation initiative • Basic understanding of clinical and operational workflows in hospital or health system settings • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness to travel up to 40% • U.S. citizenship is required
