📋 Description
• Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing • Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives • Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities • Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization • Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement • Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities • Inspire and ensure a Lean culture
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years of relevant experience • Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience • Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical • Project management experience
