📋 Description

• Analyze and monitor credit portfolio performance across origination, account management, and collections, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities • Develop, evaluate, and optimize credit strategies including underwriting rules, pricing structures, loan assignment, and collection treatments • Conduct deep analyses on approval rates, delinquency, roll rates, losses, vintage performance, and profitability tradeoffs • Design and assess strategy tests and experiments (e.g., policy changes, pricing adjustments, treatment segmentation), defining success metrics and performance tracking • Prepare clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Credit Risk, Product, and business stakeholders to support data driven decision making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in credit analytics, risk analytics, or financial analytics with hands on portfolio analysis experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Experience supporting credit strategy in areas such as origination, pricing, account management, or collections • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and working knowledge of Python or other analytics tools preferred • Solid understanding of consumer credit performance metrics and lending economics • Experience working in consumer lending, fintech, banking, or another regulated financial services environment • Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations and communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
