📋 Description

• Leads the design, implementation, and end-to-end execution of talent development programs aligned to enterprise talent priorities • Partners with business leaders to diagnose performance and capability gaps • Facilitates select learning experiences and enables leaders and facilitators to effectively deliver programs • Curates and develops tools, content, and resources that support on-demand, asynchronous, and in-the-flow learning • Defines success metrics and evaluates program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent development, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness in a corporate environment • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and evaluation • Experience applying a consultative approach to diagnose performance and capability needs and align solutions to business priorities • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and drive adoption across all levels of the organization • Experience defining and executing measurement strategies tied to program outcomes and business impact • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them across multiple modalities • Experience leveraging learning technologies and tools
