📋 Description

• Supports quality improvement infrastructure across PACE centers • Maintains core quality data systems • Supports participant safety and regulatory reporting workflows • Facilitates quality committee operations • Partners with center and central leaders to identify trends and drive measurable improvement • Tracks participant safety events and supports investigations • Prepares monthly metric summaries and follow-up lists for Center teams • Review ED and inpatient admissions to maintain utilization and quality metrics • Executes internal quality audits and maintains documentation for regulatory readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in quality improvement, healthcare operations, compliance, or a related field • Highly organized, with strong follow-through across recurring workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional partners • Comfort working with data — maintaining trackers, identifying trends, and translating findings into clear recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present findings and facilitate meetings with confidence • Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for tracking, analysis, and reporting • Aligns with our purpose and values, excited about living those out in daily practice • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with comfort navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly, and contributing to continuous improvement • Strong learning and growth mindset, including seeking feedback, engaging in healthy debate, and using data and curiosity to inform decisions. • Acts with integrity and ownership, considering the broader organizational impact, doing the right thing, and following through to deliver results.
