β€’ Write high-impact campaign copy across paid media, social, email, landing pages, web, and video β€’ Develop messaging frameworks and campaign concepts in collaboration with creative and strategy teams β€’ Adapt brand voice across multiple clients and industries with consistency and fluency β€’ Translate campaign briefs and audience insights into copy that converts β€’ Optimize content using performance data, SEO best practices, and A/B learnings β€’ Participate in client presentations and clearly articulate copy decisions β€’ Edit and proof your own work and support QC across the team

🎯 Requirements

β€’ A link to your portfolio showcasing relevant copywriting, campaign, and performance-driven work β€’ 3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or performance marketing environment β€’ Proven range across formats: campaign concepts, digital ads, long-form content, social, and conversion-focused copy β€’ Deep comfort writing for paid media channels (search, social, display, video) β€’ Strong collaboration instincts; you work with creative teams, not alongside them β€’ Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously β€’ Sharp eye for grammar, brand consistency, and detail β€’ Must be located in Texas; Austin preferred β€’ Nice to Have β€’ Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) β€’ Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms β€’ Hispanic market or Spanish-language copywriting experience
