📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in their home • Run skill acquisition programs with clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis • Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans • Collect and accurately record data on clients’ progress • Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age • Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred • A minimum of one (1) years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs • Must be caring, energetic, and detail-oriented • Driver’s License and reliable transportation • Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours • Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety • Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings
