• You systematically develop our Shopify online stores further — with a focus on performance, conversion, and user experience. • You expand our SEO strategy in a structured way: content architecture, technical foundations, organic growth. • You plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads — creatively, brand-focused, and with a clear focus on ROAS and scalability. • You plan and optimize email marketing in Klaviyo — segmented, measurable, and delivering real value to our customers. • You manage cross-channel online marketing measures based on data while remaining creative and keeping budgets and KPIs in view. • You work closely with Marketing, Design, and Product Development to think about growth holistically.
• Experience in e-commerce with Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads • Confident handling of Klaviyo, SEO topics, and online marketing channels • Possibly also experience with Amazon Seller Central • A feel for brand building, storytelling, and customer experiences • Analytical thinking, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to simplify complex topics • Enthusiasm for sustainable growth and the desire to build something meaningful
