• Responsible for driving sales and ensuring the business is meeting targets • Concept and lead execution for campaigns • Own coordination of campaigns and initiatives across email, SMS, social media and paid marketing • Lead strategy for visual and written messaging • Forecasting and inventory management for key titles • Promotional and pricing strategies and execution • Own and drive strategic vision and KPI planning • Lead campaign planning and cross-functional alignment processes • Lead regular and ad hoc analytics reviews and reporting
• A minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience • at least 5 years in an eCommerce/direct-to-consumer setting • Shopify experience is required • Experience working across digital marketing platforms including social media, email and SMS marketing, and performance marketing • Experience developing and creating eCommerce campaigns in a DTC/B2C setting • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of eCommerce and digital sales • Deep understanding of eCommerce analytics and KPIs • Previous P&L ownership and understanding of business financials and sales channel responsibilities
