β’ Build and run Frontier Radiology's physician recruiting function. β’ Set the strategy and operating rhythm for full-cycle physician recruitment. β’ Own performance against hiring targets across all sub-specialties and markets. β’ Construct and lead a team of recruiters/coordinators as the function scales. β’ Develop and maintain recruiting collateral that authentically represents culture and opportunities. β’ Lead the team's engagement with practicing radiologists and residents. β’ Direct Frontier Radiology's presence at regional and national conferences. β’ Monitor industry trends, competitive compensation models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. β’ Foster a high-performance, candidate-obsessed team culture.
β’ Bachelor's degree or higher. β’ Demonstrated experience in physician recruiting and healthcare talent acquisition with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with highly educated, discerning professionals. β’ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy. β’ Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in physician recruiting today, with the leadership capability and vision to build and scale a team as the function grows. β’ Willingness and ability to travel approximately one week per month. β’ Experience recruiting physicians, specifically radiologists or other imaging specialists is a plus. β’ Familiarity with radiology sub-specialties, training pathways, and competitive landscape for radiologist talent is preferred. β’ Exposure to physician compensation structures and practice models. β’ Experience working with an ATS and strong data literacy to track pipeline metrics and report on recruiting outcomes.
