📋 Description

• Design, build, and own the systems that power Voice AI and Text AI agents • Craft system-level prompts that shape agent behavior and outcomes • Develop tool-calling integrations for reliable real-world actions • Build LLM-as-a-judge evaluations and AI observability • Partner closely with product and design teams • Apply industry-standard engineering practices • Mentor and guide junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production • Solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or comparable server-side language • Comfort working across the stack (data model, LLM/agent logic to APIs) • A track record of leading projects from spec to launch alongside multiple contributors • Deep sense of ownership and bias for action • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Eager to keep up with AI capabilities
