• Coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Research destinations and provide tailored recommendations. • Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel needs. • Ensure accuracy of travel documents and itineraries. • Provide exceptional service and timely support before, during, and after trips.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and customer service abilities. • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills. • Prior travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required). • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
