• Learn and support the configuration of cloud-based business applications. • Participate in software implementation projects from kickoff through go live. • Supports all aspects of the HRIS implementation project(s) as an implementation specialist, following established processes and under the guidance of senior consultants. • Perform system setup, data validation, and testing activities by following the steps required and working with the client and their employee data. • Maintains a consultative approach with clients and team members to not only ensure the implementation is completed on time and accurately, but you seek out solutions for clients based on their needs and requirements. • Responsible to learn and understand HRIS capabilities and functions and apply client data within the systems. • Responsible for supporting not only the technical aspects of the implementation, but also the client and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms quickly and adapt to changing business needs. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to document processes, requirements, and project activities accurately. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. • Willingness to participate in vendor-provided training and certification programs
