📋 Description
• Responsible to provide behavioral health consultation to children adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psycho social functioning • Responsible for rendering services in person and/or virtually • Responsible for client mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews • Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnosis • Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM • Treatment planning development based on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences • Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy
🎯 Requirements
• Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana • Licensure Malpractice Coverage • Valid Driver’s License in good standing • Car registration and insurance current (if transporting individuals receiving services) • Successful clearance of state criminal background check • Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test • Current CPR Certification • Reliable internet connection • Tablet /lap top device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted
